This Policy describes what personal data ООО «Osiyo Home Textile» (the "Company") collects through the website osiyohometex.uz, why and how it is used, and what rights the user has. By placing an order or sending an enquiry, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. What data we collect
We collect only the data you provide yourself: your name and phone number when placing an order; your name, email address and message when submitting the contact form.
We do not request or store passport details, bank card numbers or any other payment information — no payment is processed on the site.
2. Why we use the data
The data is needed so that a manager can contact you, clarify order details, calculate the cost and arrange delivery, as well as respond to your enquiry.
We do not use your data for advertising without your consent and do not sell it to third parties.
3. Who the data is shared with
The contents of an order or enquiry (name, phone, order items) are sent to the Company's internal Telegram channel, accessible only to staff processing requests.
The data is not shared with other third parties, except in cases directly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. How long the data is kept
Data is stored for as long as necessary to process an order or enquiry and fulfil obligations to you, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
5. How we protect the data
Only authorised staff have access to the data. Site traffic is protected by HTTPS. We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access.
6. Your rights
